Nagata is the AI Buying OS for software and AI. Zoe is the buyer who drives it, in early access. Nagata gives finance, IT, and operations teams a single place to see every vendor they pay, every AI model they use, and every decision worth making about both.
The problem it solves
Most Series A to C companies (roughly 75 to 600 employees) pay for more software than they actively use, renew contracts on autopilot, have no one assigned to half their tools, and have no visibility into what their teams are spending on AI APIs. When those costs come up in a board review, no one has fast answers.
Nagata fixes that by connecting your spend data, contracts, and AI usage into one system, then surfacing specific, evidence backed actions you can take to cut waste and make smarter buying decisions.
What Nagata does
Inventory layer
- Turns your spend CSV into a vendor inventory with categories, owners, and annual spend totals
- Tracks every AI API call by provider, model, workflow, and cost
- Extracts renewal dates, notice deadlines, and values from your contracts
Intelligence layer
- Runs a rules based recommendation engine across your data (no guesswork: every recommendation shows its formula)
- Surfaces duplicate tools, ownerless vendors, upcoming renewals, AI spend spikes, and consolidation opportunities
- Gives your team a chat assistant to ask direct questions about your data
Decision layer
- Lets your team approve, reject, defer, or complete recommendations with a recorded reason
- Tracks accepted savings over time
- Generates shareable executive and audit reports for leadership
What Nagata does not do
Nagata's software never signs or pays. Zoe, in early access, negotiates only when you switch it on and within limits you set.
There is no autonomous purchasing. Zoe never signs a contract or pays for anything.
Every decision stays with your team. Nagata shows you what to do and keeps a record of what you decided.

Zoe Pass: Nagata customers can get 4 demos for $500, used within 60 days. The pass price counts toward an upgrade to Nagata with Zoe within 30 days. Evaluation memory stays after expiry.
One demo covers up to 90 minutes. If the vendor does not show within 15 minutes, Zoe leaves and the demo is not counted. Past 90 minutes counts as a second demo, announced at the 80 minute mark. A follow up with the same vendor counts as a new demo.
Quarterly billing saves 15%. Annual billing saves 25% and is the default on the pricing page. See https://nagata.ai/pricing for the billing amounts.
Pricing is per workspace per month, not per seat.
