Add ons are month to month and can be removed at any time. Your team never sees token counts, only a simple usage percentage in workspace settings.

How we price it

We don’t charge per vendor or per seat. Two reasons:

  1. Perverse incentive. If we charged per vendor, we would be rewarded when you have more vendors. The whole point of Nagata is to help you buy fewer, better tools.
  2. Bad signal. Vendor count is loosely tied to company size. A 50 person agency might have 200 vendors; a 500 person ops team might have 80.

We charge a flat fee based on how much of the buying work you want covered, on the billing cadence that works for your budget. Flat fee, so we earn nothing from what you spend, and vendors can never pay for ranking.

  • Number of vendors inventoried
  • Number of contracts uploaded

Per seat or per asset pricing in spend tooling rewards bloat. We won’t do it.

Common questions

What counts as a demo?
One demo covers up to 90 minutes. If the vendor does not show within 15 minutes, Zoe leaves and the demo is not counted. Past 90 minutes counts as a second demo, and Zoe says so out loud at the 80 minute mark. A follow up call with the same vendor counts as a new demo.
What happens when my Zoe Pass runs out?
A Zoe Pass gives you 4 demos to use within 60 days. Demos you have not used by then expire. Zoe's evaluation memory stays, so every vendor Zoe saw and what it quoted is still there. The pass price counts toward an upgrade to Nagata with Zoe within 30 days.
What is the difference between Nagata and Nagata with Zoe?
Nagata covers what you own and what AI is costing you: Tech Spend and AI Spend, both live today. Nagata with Zoe adds the buyer. Zoe screens vendors, runs first round demos (8 a month) and remembers every evaluation, and you also get chat and custom dashboards. Zoe is in early access.
What does Intelligence add?
Everything in Nagata with Zoe, plus 25 demos a month, price benchmarks, security packets collected before demos, multiple departments, the public API and MCP, and priority support. Negotiation is in early access: Zoe negotiates only when you switch it on, and only within limits you set.
Does Zoe ever sign a contract or pay a vendor?
No. Zoe never signs a contract or pays for anything. Zoe does the legwork and you make the call. Nagata's software never signs or pays either.
What if we don't have clean spend data?
We help you produce it. Onboarding usually starts with a day or two of data prep, and our CSV templates cover the accepted formats. AI Spend data comes in by CSV import today.
Can I see the product before paying?
Yes. Book a 25 minute walkthrough and we will show you a sample workspace end to end.
Is there a contract?
Month to month, cancel anytime. Save 15% with quarterly billing or 25% with annual billing.
How do you bill?
Through Stripe. Net 30 invoices are available on request for the first billing cycle.
Do you offer a free tier?
No. A free tier would attract companies too early for us to help and create a false signal for both sides.
What is the AI activity budget?
Every plan includes a monthly AI activity budget that covers your team's normal use of chat, recommendations, contract extraction and research briefs. Your workspace settings show a simple usage percentage, with no token counts and no surprise invoices. Teams that go past the included budget, usually high volume API users or agent embedded workflows, can add capacity month to month.
How much can we save?
